The state program "Cultural heritage" accepted at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of N.A.Nazarbayev, has high scientific and educational value.
The first publications of its samples appeared nearly two centuries ago, thanks to selfless activity of the European and Russian travelers and researchers who were struck and delighted genre and esthetic richness of the Kazakh folklore. In the second half of XІX of an eyelid the Kazakh folklore becomes object of scientific interests of many Kazakh and Russian scientists, and process of collecting and the edition gets it more constant and purposeful character.
