After Kazakhstan declared Independence it was recognized by many nations around the world as a full-fledged member of the international community. Over 120 states officially recognized the Independence of Kazakhstan and established diplomatic relations with our state.

We bring to your kind attention the following unique documents given to us by the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These letters of 1991-1992 are about official recognition of Kazakhstan’s Independence.
