Since January 1, 1888 until April 12, 1902 the newspaper was published in Omsk on the Kazakh and Russian languages ​​under the name "Dala uәlayatynyң gazetі", as an attachment to "Akmola regional state papers".

The editors of the Kazakh versions were Eshmuhamed Abylayhanov and Dinmuhamed Sultangazin. The newspaper, which was originally published in the volume of half of a printed sheet on 4 pages, became to be printed in the volume of 1 printed page on 8 pages since the 8th edition. In the informal part of the newspaper were published the materials about Ybyray Altynsarin and Shokan Valikhanov. Also the works, letters and articles of Abay, Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeev, Shakarim Kudaiberdiev, Alikhan Bokeikhanov, Barlybek Syrtanov, Otynshi Alzhanov, Saduakas Shormanov, Zhagypar Aimanov, Asylkozha Kurmanbayev, Korabay Zhapanov, Mukhamedzhan Seralin,  Zhakyp Akbaev, Amre Aytbakin and others were published as well. A collection of materials in 4 books, which was compiled by Ushkultay Subkhanberdina was published during the years of independence.
